Made of water resistant cordura fabric. This bag is perfect for those rainy outdoor rodeos. Keep your tail and handhold dry in the worst of downpours. Hang your rope as normal, drop loop and bell into the bag, slide it up to cover your whole rope. Closure wraps over top of panel and velcro's closed, protecting every inch of your rope from inclement weather. ( I.e. rain, mud, animal waste debris...wink, wink, nudge, nudge!)
